HALLOWEEN CAMP BOOKING FORM

Terms And Conditions:

• You cannot proceed with your booking online or by telephone unless you accept the Terms & conditions so please familiarise yourself with the terms of the booking.

• Registering your child(children) for the camp is taken as your acceptance of the Term and conditions listed on the NiamhOConnor.ie website under Academy of Ceol tab.

• "Spooky Art & Music Music Camp 2025"is open to children between the ages of 5 to 12.

• NO child under the ages of 5 will be accepted to the camp.  

• Drop off and collection times are 9.30am and 1.30pm. Academy of Ceol “Spooky Art & Music Music Camp 2025" will not be responsible for any child left unsupervised outside these hours.

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the camp begins will receive a refund of their deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 7 days before the camp. 

• A €50 deposit fee per child is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the camp is cancelled by Academy of Ceol.

• Academy of Ceol reserves the right to make date/venue changes if necessary.

• In consideration of the acceptance of above named student in Academy of Ceol “Spooky Art & Music Camp 2025" the applicant agrees that Academy of Ceol "Spooky Art & Music Camp" and / or their employees will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss of personal property, however caused. Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp manager to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed-no refund will be made.

• Parents/guardians should not enter a camp venue during the day. You must arrange this via phone call to our head office.

• The use of mobile phones are not permitted in Academy of Ceol "Spooky Art & Music Camp", except in exceptional situations where approval has been requested from a staff member.

• Academy of Ceol "Spooky Art & Music Camp" reserve the right to modify or delete any activity in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Places are allocated on first come first served basis. Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident. A confirmation email will be sent as proof of booking. Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions. Photographs/Videos may be taken for promotional use.
