Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to confirm all bookings.

Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the event date.

Cancellations by Client: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 months before the event may incur liability for up to 100% of the agreed fee.

Cancellations by Provider: In the event of cancellation by the Provider, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement. If none is available, all monies paid (including the deposit) will be refunded in full.

Event Requirements: The Client must provide accurate event details, a suitable performance space, and access to electricity (if required), with adequate time allowed for set-up.

Force Majeure: The Provider accepts no liability for non-performance or delays arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
